This past weekend I got to spend some time with Cassidy and her mom at McConnell’s Mill State Park for her senior portraits. It was a beautiful day and the light with simply stunning. The park features a deep scenic gorge with glacier rocks that are covered in rich green moss. It’s one of my favorite places to go and relax so I was happy to hear that Cassidy wanted her senior portraits done there. We marched, we hiked, and  we climbed. Cassidy was such a trooper and was game to go anywhere. I love when clients put their trust in me. I always am able to get more creative when I know I have the freedom to photograph in whatever place catches my eye. The only factor I loved more than her willingness to climb anywhere was how relaxed she was in front of the camera. Confidence is key, and Cassidy had loads of it. I wish her the best in her endeavors after high school. I know she will be simply terrific!
