Print…. a somewhat lost medium of viewing our photography. Somewhere between Facebook and the digital image boom it has become harder to find. You can’t instantly share it. You can’t tag your friends. You can’t comment or show your support with a digital thumbs up. I get it. Even with all of these “setbacks” I believe print is the most beautiful and engaging way to view photography, especially with weddings. There is something about holding a physical book in your hand that can’t be matched on a screen. Flipping through an albums thick pages and seeing your images displayed on a panoramic surface without distractions is such an intimate experience. Thats why I am writing this blog post. I love my albums and encourage my clients to get them. I design all of the books myself. You won’t be getting a template design from the interwebs that everyone else has. Every album I create is unique to that specific couple. My goal is to tell the story of your day so that someone that wasn’t there could look over the pages  and feel like they were . I want the viewer to feel the same emotions that everyone else did while attending. If I can do that. If I can tell your story with emotion then its a tally in the win column for me.

I have been so pleased with my album printer. Vision Art seriously rocks! Every book is printed on fine art, museum quality paper with vibrant archival inks. Every single spread is 20mm thick and lays flat so you can see a full panoramic display of your images without any distractions. The books are rated to last generations without discoloring, yellowing, or fading. The covers are thick with a full photowrap that is finished with a crystal glaze to minimize fingerprints. These albums are simply stunning. There really is nothing like seeing your wedding images hand bound together on beautiful fine art paper. Take a look for yourself…

  1. […] Every album that I send out to print gets shipped back to me first. I go through all the pages and make sure they are spot on with color, white balance, and alignment. They always are, and it just becomes a great excuse to look through them before I repackage them and send them out to my couples. Below are a few images of Megan & Brandon’s engagement album that I just sent their way. I love how it turned out and can’t wait to put together their wedding album this July!
