Some weddings stand out for how personal they feel, and Jenna and Conor’s day was one of those rare celebrations. It was intimate, unconventional, and a perfect reflection of their relationship.
The day started with a first look and portraits at their home. There was something so special about beginning the day in a space that already held so many memories for them. After that, we wandered through Lawrenceville, stopping at tucked-away spots for portraits.
The ceremony and reception took place at Bar Marco, an iconic venue in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. With fewer than 20 guests, the atmosphere was warm and personal. Jenna and Conor decided to skip having an officiant and led the entire ceremony themselves. Watching them exchange vows in their own words and at their own pace was both refreshing and moving. It felt deeply personal and set the tone for the rest of the celebration—a day that was entirely on their terms.
Jenna and Conor’s wedding wasn’t about following traditions or trends; it was about creating something that felt true to them. It was a privilege to document such an honest and heartfelt day at Bar Marco. Congratulations, Jenna and Conor—your day was truly one of a kind!
