Sometimes I get to go on adventures that blow my socks off. I feel so darn lucky in these moments that I can’t help but have a smile plastered on my face the entire shoot. When I found out I was going to shoot at Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur with Felicia and Vahan my reaction was similar to Ralphie getting his Red Ryder BB gun. Pure joy. When I first started driving up the coast from LA I was worried as it poured rain the entire drive up the California coast. Of course it would rain the one day I wanted to shoot during a drought. It may have rained the entire drive up there but when I arrived the clouds parted and we had a two hour window at sunset to take some gorgeous photographs of these two. Pfeiffer Beach is an insanely gorgeous place. I wouldn’t mind living in a tent if it was here. I am so excited to share these with everyone and am so thankful that Felecia and Vahan asked me to come out and take their photographs. I love new experiences and this was an exceptional one.
