As a fan of all Pittsburgh sports, the thought of spending the afternoon with a couple from Philadelphia was unnerving. (I’m kidding, but that’s what Penguins fans are supposed to say about Flyers fans right?) I can’t lie, Lindsay and Tony are awesome. I mean really awesome.
The first time we tried to shoot this session lady winter slapped us in the face and said try again another time. So when we were greeted with sunshine and weather over 40 degrees this past Saturday we jumped for joy and gave each other high fives. It was a blast spending the afternoon walking around the Strip District laughing and talking about our favorite HBO shows. We finished the afternoon with a couple of beers, and I should clarify that when I said we talked about our favorite shows I meant we discussed in depth theories concerning Game of Thrones and True Detective. Sorry Lindsay, I know you hear enough, but Tony might really be onto something here.
My favorite part of this job is meeting exceptional people like these two. It makes me feel like a friend at the wedding instead of a vendor. Can’t wait for their special day this coming July!
*Lindsay wants to make sure that no one mistakes her for a Flyers fan. (whew!) You haven’t turned her to the dark side yet Tony!
